    Our Tourism Industry is geared toward promoting Cape Breton as a motosickle destination,so it's a pretty motorcycle friendly place now...(lol, how times have changed:rolleyes:)

    The zig zag section on MacKenzie Mountain climbs 1300 ft in just over a mile,so if you're coming down,your brakes better be in top notch condition and you know how to use them...been a lotta boiled brake fluid coming down i:eek:

    Hey, I was there 2 years ago in May! Fabulous roads and scenery that reminds me of Big Sur Hwy. in California without all the traffic. Loved the Gaelic road signs. My pics aren't as nice as yours though.

    dang Lucifer no wonder you stay up there , cool roads , I rode the roads out in Big sur Cal but on a Honds way back in 1969 while at Fort Ord Army base but it was still fun to ride :D

    I see Alex found the Glenora Distillery:cool:

    Those pics I took from the innernet,mostly Cabot Trail....except the distillery,that's on Rt 19,another great ride...I have pics of other places on the island,but can't find them...:rolleyes:

    A rally started her a couple of years ago called "Thunder in the Highlands" it's growing in popularity every year....
