I see the flyers all the time but don't know anyone who has done them. So what is a poker run?

Short trip 50 to 150 miles with stops along the way to draw a card. Five stops and you return to the starting point and play 5 card poker - high hand wins and the party begins.
Big plus to this is you get to meet a hell of a bunch of people from all walks of life who share a common interest - Motorcycles- and gain a bunch of friends.:D

    OK, I'll bite, what's a poker run?
A poker run is an organized ride that you have to pay an entry fee that has stops to draw cards, roll dice what ever for the highest hand at the finish, usually pays top two hands plus worst hand. Lots of variations of Poker Runs. Some are to raise money for various charities and causes. Other are just for fun.
