I had a problem with decel-pop and the only way I could get rid of it was to place 25 values in the 0 throttle column.
Is this extremely high? I'm I wasting fuel or doing any damage to the engine?
    Thanks for the help.

ya thats alot of fuel at idle, but not extreme. won't hurt the engine, maybe foul the plugs. double and triple check for exhaust leaks. mostly at the header-muffler joint. what are you using for clamps?

Last year or so, on this site, someone mentioned that Powercommander recommended 25 or 35 in the zero column. I thought it was crazy too, but it actually works. I have 25s in the zero and 2% columns, but only from 1500 rpm and up. I don't change anything around the idle point.

When I had the wide band O2 sensor and A/F display it still goes lean when you throttle back even with those numbers, but it is enough to help the decel popping. I still get a pop now and again, but I don't care. It is a lot better than it used to be.

I should have added the 25's are in the 1750-5000 rpm range, o throttle position.
