I am using Map M807-180 (Reads 05 model V&H True Duals with oval slip-ons, Stage 1 ECU and Screamin Eagle Air Filter) on my 2003 FLHT. Bike runs ok. I biggest probelm is still getting decel pop. At idle when I give a quick throttle up to 3000 I get the decel pop. The higher I go the more decel pop.

It is a new install and haven't done alot of riding. Should I try a different map? This is the closest I could find to my setup.

    My Setup:
    2003 FLHT
    V&H OVALS
    V&H True Duals
    Stage 1
    High Flow Air Filter

You may want to try one of these procedures.

I have not tried them cause my map for my bike works perfect.

    First one:

just add the 10 in the 0% bank. 1500 rpm and on is fine. This is basically your decelaration bank, it doesn't add that much fuel but enough to keep it from starving on decelarations at any given rpm range.

    Second one:

Decell popping is normal and the closer the low speed mixture is to correct
the more pronounced it is (especially on a downshift). This is compounded by
straight through mufflers with boom cans on the end.

Save your original map to your computer with a name that is different than
the map you are using, so you have a backup in case you hose your map.

Make sure your throttle position has been calibrated, under tools. Go into
your PC map ignition tab and check to be sure that no advance has been added
in the 0 or 2% throttle columns. This should be 0.

In the fuel table there are 2 things you can try, removing fuel or adding
fuel when the throttle is closed or near closed and the RPM is above idle.
In the 0% throttle column for RPM ranges of 2000 and over change the number
to a -40, in the 2% throttle column for 2500 RPM and over change the number
to -40 this will remove a significant amount of fuel and if there is less
fuel it can't pop (most of the time).

If that does not work do the same but add fuel +15 in the same cells as
the -40 above this will richen the mixture to a point where it will not
ignite in the mufflers (I don't like doing it this way, but it works).

DO NOT mess with the numbers below 1500 RPM! Do not mess with any other
    cells!

This will get rid of the big boom-booms during higher RPM's however you will
still get some light popping at 2000 or below. It is not usually possible to
get rid of these with unbaffled mufflers.

    Hope one of these help.

If not maby calling Dyno Jet and have them make you a map.

I heard of others doing that.

I have a 2004 Road Glide. Still have the stock exhaust head pipes, just the V&H Dual oval slip ons. I also have Harley's stage one download, with the breather kit. Has been on the bike since 700 miles. Now has 26k. I get the pop also. It's just a bit annoying, but not enough for me to want to change out the pipes. I've checked my plugs, checked the bike with a sniffer. I think it's the nature of this style of pipe is all. Mixture on the fuel is good, and I'm getting 45 mpg or so average with crisp response and easy starts. I ended up focusing on the overall picture, that I was happy with the response, the milage, the sound and learned to ignore the popping.

Not a fix for you, just letting you know that it may not be possible to eliminate the popping. Of 4 other bike I know of (they are all from different areas and dealers, with different mechanics working on them) all have V&H dual ovals and all of them have that popping.
