Installed new chrome switch housings and brake reservoir on a HD. Had to run new wiring down thru the handlebars, so I pulled the tank back about 6 inches. disconnected the fuel cross-over under the tank, removed the instrument cluster on the tank, loosen the pit **** and pulled it down about 4 inches because it had a clear plastic hose connected to it inside the tank. needed to do that to get to the plugs located along side the frame. Put everything back together and all switches worked, but now the bike has a bad miss, ( stumble) in it. can't figure out what happen. I readjusted the clutch cable and throttle cables. Anyone have any ideas?????

carb or fuel injected? if its fuel injected make sure the harness is fully seated an not pinched any place the injector harness runs down the back bone . might have lost one injector pulse on a cylinder . if it is carb check and make sure that the vacum hose going to the manifold from pep **** did not get pulled from manifold causing a vacum lean burn miss fire runs under tank . and that both plug wires are not pinched that run under tank also and are not crossed.
