Re-routing

    i'm going to re-route my crankcase vents into the enviroment as opposed to the trottlebody. my ? is should i run two lines or just do a two into one setup with a tee fitting. will it really make a difference?:confused:

    2 into 1 will work just fine........you shouldnt have that much venting to do. be sure to put on a filter at the end of the tube.....keeps dirt out and catches drips.....it does need cleaning once in a while tho.........:)

    I did the same on my '08 redo of the Sporty. I went with a Brass T (pipe fittings) and down to a single element. Do yourself a favor and make sure you don't put the element too dang low like I did. First run out I took my hard right bank that I love soooooo much headed toward home and drug the stupid thing almost off the bike :gah: . I SO stupid sometimes :roflmao:

    thanks for the input. with efi you have all those sensors getting coated. especially the IAC which sucks all that crude up into it. with efi i think it's a good modifcation to do, i hope:eek:
