Rear wheel spacers fl soetail needed

    Hi, i'm looking to see if anyone knows the size of the rear axle spacers i'll need to put a 2000 to 2006 stock softail 3 x 16" wheel on to a 1999 stock fatboy . Trying to get the parts togeather be for i take it apart. Thanks,,,jim

    I put a front wheel off a 1996 fatboy on my 05 fatboy and all I had to do was use the spacers that came with the 96 wheel. The axel is the same size until 07. The only difference I’ve experienced is the bearings which makes the spacer different. If you don’t have a manual check out this site you can view both models.

    THANKS, I HAD NO PROMLEMS WITH THE FRONT WHEEL AS I PUT THE 2000 AND LATER LOWERS AND ALSO THE 2000 AND LATER CALIPER. THE SWINGARM ON THE 1999 SOFTAIL HAS A INSIDE WIDTH OF 9.5 " and 2000 to 2006 is 10" SO THE STOCK SPACERS WILL NOT WORK.
