I have a 1980 FX, was going to remove the starter to check and clean things, my bible says to remove the clutch arm to get to the right side bolt, ya right, did that and cant even see the bolt at all, got the left one out with no problem, looks to me that the oilbag needs to come out to gain access.

If anyone has any suggestions feel free to comment or email me at jelane60@hotmail.com.

Jeff if you don't have one order a SM from a dealer or here where ever it will give you all the steps, tq factors and what needs lube etc.
