I have a set of the Hooker True Dual stepped headers with the turn down/out mufflers on my 2002 FLHTCI. I just had a custom map made for my application (stock ECM these pipes set mid-range between torque and HP and PC IIIr). The bike runs great and has good mileage. It is just too loud. I commute daily and leave very early in the morning.
I have heard that the Hooker an the Rinehart stepped header has a larger diameter pipe and other slip ons will not fit.

I would like to either find a quiet baffle that would fit or a replacement slip on.

    Any ideas?
    Mike
