    they were pre-rubbed at Costco, first time I"ve got them, usually
    I get them ready to rub, it' was just some paprika and a few spices

    Costco does a good job on them. I used to get them about once s month. Now only when Charlie46 visits. For that I'll make an exception to my plants only life !

    THANK GOD! I've greatly reduced the bad stuff but not elliminated ALL of it. Lost 6" in waste. Walking some every day. life's good now gotta work on the cigs.
