Ribs!

    guys i need a dry rub recipe for ribs . been doing ribs wet for years time to try something new . want to cook them with the rub and then if they want to they can sauce them down . who got a good secret for a rub. pork ribs !:D

    When you dry rub 'em, first make sure they are relatively dry. Next, cook 'em low and slow for a long time....like 2 hours per pound, at least. Around 165. Give 'em some smoke (apple wood or at least hickory). If you coat 'em with a slight bit of mustard, it helps, too, but cook 'em even longer.
