Road King Handle Bar Riser

    Hello everyone from the Azores, it has been a bit after the first go around from the shipping of the bike here. Runs great now!! I have a 1996 Road King and have a question, I want to put a set of 4" handlebar riser and pullbacks, I saw a set up on a 2005 where the Handle Bar cover that goes on the headlight nacelle that has holes in it for the risers to go through. Anyone know if the cover fits on a 1996? or if they make one and the harley part number? 55800289_TT.jpeg

    Who is Carlini HRK it came up on Harley's page with the part number 55800289
    Just wanted to check if it fits a 1996, I know it fits a 2005
