Hi all I have a Lifan Edge 125 Chinese Trails Bike.
Problem is a while ago while I was riding the RPM needle wasn't moving it constantly sits right at the bottom on 0 RPM

I have had the clocks off and the needle is free so nothing is making it stick and there is no cable coming from the bottom of it so I'm unsure how it actually does measure the RPM.
Could anyone throw any tips this way on how I could fix it.

    Cheers Daniel.

If there is no cable its likely electronic, which you could have an "open" in your signal wire to the meter, then again if it is electronic it could be the gauge failed. if it has a hard drive and the no cable then theres your answer.

Electric tach most likely, you should check all connections
probably a bad sensor or chaffed or broken wire, with all that jumping around you do...
