In reference to the recent shooting in Colorado, the city of houston has released a video to try to help you incase something like this.
It may take a few minuted to download. But it may help you if you don't know what to do.

I would hope there are brave citizens that will "Duck and shoot" with their personal weapons next time. We need more 60+ male citizens armed and trained. Especially if they are married.

I pretty much carry all the time anymore. Pretty much don't carry my 380 anymore either but a 9mm or 45. I'm also more aware of my surrounding even when I feel I'm in a safe place. Had someone been carrying a weapon at that movie theater it just might be that several who were shot and killed may not have been. Now Oboma has vowed to make gun control even stricter, like that would have stopped him or others like that.

As we all know, there's no way to legislate guns out of the hands of those who have criminal intent. They'll always find a way to get weapons. Unfortunately, the liberals think that by passing more gun laws, it will solve the problem. They do that to make it appear to their constituents that they CARE and are doing something about it, when in reality they are compounding the problem. There are already far too many "gun control" laws out there. The only solution I see is to take a defensive position and arm ourselves.

Thing is all the shootings are in no-gun areas
so it does apply to the extent that if you follow the law
you wouldn't have your carry, so you'd be exposed to the gunman

I think if you have a no carry policy you have to clearly
put up a sign and that anyone entering the facility should be
subject to a full body and bag search by law.

If you have a felony you can't get a CHL license or hold one.
The state wrote the laws. You have to abide by what they wrote.
    There are no exceptions.

    Don't pull it out.

I'll take a jury over a crack crazed lunatic with a semi auto and a couple hundred rounds any day. JMO. Again the "judged by or carried by" rule applies.

Florida is different. The situation was odd Z-man is the victim of racial injustice. He will not be convicted

In Fl you can only be asked to leave if you don't you can be charged with trespass.

Simply leave the place if asked
