Anybody have these? How do they sound (listed to them on the S&S site, sounded ok, but in person is always better)....also, anyone know the approx cost? My wife is STILL bugging me about my Sampson Rolled Thunder ovals....."too loud"....... not sure yet, but at least worth looking!

they come in a package with air cleaner and fasenters, they run from 527.00 to 675.00 depending on the model of the scoot, these prices are from JP Cycles so some other place might have them cheaper, all they show is for 95-05 Dynas, 95-06 carbed FLT,00-06 Softails staggered or Shotgun and 87-06 Sporty,s but to be honest I have never heard them yet

I haven't checked with anyone yet on prices....still not sure they would be in the budget (IF I find them "acceptable" to me ;) )...as much as anything, was wondering if anyone had seen/heard them and what they thought. As to where to buy....I have done enuf price searching that unless I can find a steal on ebay, the ONLY place to go for new, honest products would be through DP. SOMEDAY I hope to drive out to your shop and check out the shop and meet the people that I have talked with and maybe get a dyno run! Don't think it will happen this year tho, think that I may be having some sand issues during the annual bike talk ride this year....

Tell your wife it's a big investment to just "buy" a set of pipes and it requires you to attend Daytona Bike Week on the 3rd of this month :D In order to determine the best sounding pipe for your ride.

Or go to bike nights and listen,

For a deep sound the V&H are hard to beat however I had samsons and didn't find them too loud.

HD SE are good on a touring bike not too loud
