The annual seasonal road game of Dodging Drunks is now in full swing. This comes in two specific forms, pedestrians staggering into the road which is most likely to happen outside pubs and bars, so is in urban areas, on roads normally with a low speed limit. There is usually time to see them and take the necessary steps to avoid anything unpleasant. Then there is the second hazard, playing dodgems with drunks behind the wheel of cars and white vans. Again this is not so bad on town centre roads where the speed limit is low, it becomes far more interesting at speed, on wet urban highways, in the dark, in the drizzle.

Maybe someone should turn it into a computer game. It would be a lot more fun than the reality.

In the meantime I hope the flashing blue pulls a few more of them and takes the jerks off the road for a long time.

Ashley, I completely relate to ya. I too hope the Po-Po take care of the increase of drunk drivers during the holidays. Would the game include choosing between driving motorcycles and cas? or just motorcycles!!! Happy holidays all.:)
