UPS has always been good to me, but that's shipping from Cali to NJ and vice versa. Sorry that's all I can offer. Good luck. Make sure you insure your package just in case.

You're going to get clipped with brokerage fees plus duty plus gst at the border. I've had better luck with USPS and then up thru Canada Post. No disrespect to Dale Jarrett but using "Brown" cost this Canuck lotsa "green" The brokerage fee is an issue with me.

I second Sleepy's reply, I'd avoid UPS. Over the years I've done alot of parts trading aside from kits I've sold to other countries. Countries like Canada and the UK require UPS, Fedex, and other courier parcels to pass through customs and pay duty, taxes, etc. USPS on the other hand is treated like regular mail and is simply handed off to the other countries mail service for delivery. I'd choose USPS Global Express or regular airmail (insured). The upfront cost may be cheaper with UPS but what you pay in duty/taxes would be far more, both in money and hassle.

I usually use UPS and have an account but be advised that their charges start at 50 to 60 just for brokerage unless you ship UPS Air at which time they charge no brokerage, however I have just received a shipment through DHL Worldwide from Calif parcel shipped on monday and in my hands in oLDS, AB on Wed for a most reasonable charge, it even came through with no gst----I am impressed. tom

Go USPS for shipping to Canada, like the others said UPS will cost ya a bundle with their fees. I just had a couple of Tshirts and a calender shipped from Indian Larry Legacy and they sent it UPS. $50.00 for merchandise +$20.00 shipping = $125.00 in UPS dollars.
