Yep still stuck up at the hospital. Got the monitor installed, got to wear it for 30 days. Said, by the way sense your here you need to get this combo tetanus shot so here comes this nurse with a big ass's needle in one hand and says your mine. I told her you sure cause I got this thing stuck to my chest but said I can remove it for a short time. She says you want it in the ass or arm. And don't give me any more sweet talk ain't gonna help. God that needle was long swear it went clear through my ass's. :roflmao: My wife was standing there rolling her eyes back and said I'LL take him home. All I can say is not to many nurses around that look that good.

what type of monitor are you weareing ? & she made the needle feel like that cause of your sweet talking wont be long & you'll be back in the saddle again

Ok I read in another post about the heart monitor , it will be all good , just don't worry , the phrase worried sick came from people getting worse off sick from worrying over being sick so get off your butt & wash/ fix something on one of your bike s or cars

OK Cowboy thanks. When I was at the hospital I asked them about riding the motorcycle. Wow, no bad looks and she said the only restriction is no swimming (don't want the monitor getting wet) She said if your wife says its OK then go and then she said take my husband with you .
So then I said there is this motorcycle rally on the other side of Oregon called the Hells Canyon Motorcycle Rally. She said go, so I'm going to go with a friend of mine. Just got to figure out where to put the monitor when riding.

:roflmao:The monitor is smaller than my cell phone and has a belt hook on it. Got three EKG type sticky pads on me with the cables connected to each one. Run them under the shirt and to the monitor. Just don't tuck the shirt in to tight cause when you stand up it makes the cords to short and it rips em off your chest, done it already. Still a pain to wear, especially at night.

Just got a call from my 70 year old brother. Was supposed to meet up with him and his friends at the Hells Canyon Rally. He crashed his bike this morning about 9 AM on the way over there. Said he was in the trees and in a corner when all of a sudden he was blinded by the sun. Guess he came around the corner looking directly into the sun and could not see. No sun glasses on. Went off the road and went over the bars. Bruised his left lung and dislocated his shoulder. Now I'm not sure I even want to go.

Brother is now back home after getting out of the hospital. Tow truck hauled his bike about 120 miles back home.
