Can anyone help me ? I read somewhere that you cant put hard saddle bags on the 2010 fatboy lo because they lowered the front and back suspension and inch and change....Is this true ?

I wouldn't think suspension has any thing to do with hard bags fitten or not, H-D told me the front wheel off my ol 96 wouldn't fit on my 05, but it did no with problem. What kind of hard bags you wantin' to try? I've put Road King hard bags on 2 different bikes, my Fatboy and a 07 Deluxe, with no problems.

you will need to check clearance with the rear shocks and exhaust......most anything will fit, if you dont mind a bit of fabrication.......plug and play???? probably not.....
