I just finished installing the complete tuners kit in my '99 FXR2 with a stock 80" evo, Ness air cleaner, Slip-on pipes, and ,mild Andrews cam. The bike is running well, but while doing the final tune I find that even if I turn the idle mixture screw all the way in until it's lightly seated, the bike does not stumble. I assume the slow speed jet is too large (46). Should I back off to a 45? Also, can I change this jet with the carb still on the bike?
    Thanks.

yes the jet can be changed with the carb on the bike...sorta...you have to remove it from the intake, but dont have to remove the throttle cables.....try the jet and see what happens.....
