    I am thinking about getting one of the Bradley smokers primarily because it is easy to tend to and with a simple control unit you can control the temp very accurately. Anyone use these before?

    i havent, but i have enjoyed the "old smokey" brand over the years. i had to build a bottom section out of pipe as i used em so much i was going through 3 a year. i use oak,hickory,pecan to smoke with...........have fun with yours, im sure you will enjoy it.................smoked salmon over oak is GREAT!!!!!!!:)

    Not that brand had one when I was out in Okie in Tulsa, worked great smoked turkeys were da bomb at holidays.

    BTW when's dinner?
