Weatherman says we are getting blasted by a weatherbomb!!! Latest pics!!! Work closed early, even the malls and local stores closed today. All buses pulled from roads, no plows out until end of this crap. 40cm snow or more, 110km/h winds, and it is the end of March! WTF!!! Guess the latest parts I ordered in for the Sportster being on back order not a big deal now.

We've had more slides from rains, major highway closed as a whole hillside covered the highway. More bodies recovered from the slide in Washington. Death tool just reported on the local news now over 30. Some they say will never be found while others they found pieces of people. This has been a killer winter this year.

Got up at 5:00 AM to get ready for work, here is my area. No mudslides, thankfully. Keep in mind I drive a Crown vic. Not a small car. Guess I'm gonna be late for work.

Geeze, the wife got a lotta shoveling to do;)...we had lotsa snow but didn't accumulate as much as you got....turned to ice pellets then rain here,I think I need a tiller instead of a snowblower:banghead....Pretty windy though....West side of the island recorded winds at 172Km/h and Wreckhouse Newfoundland had winds at 186Km/h...
March is going out like a lion this year...lol....Still windy as hell here today and roads are pretty slippery....but I was prepared for a Blizzard

Yeah, Western side of Cape Breton and Newfoundland are notorious for high winds....I don't think there was anywhere in the Maritimes with less than 100Km/h winds. Western side of Nova Scotia,New Brunswick and PEI got buried in snow(as Roadster guys pics show) My side of island came out pretty good:rolleyes: but I'm gonna wait for the wind to die down some before I go out to clean up

From what I've read in history class, our founding fathers took a vote on whether or not to take Canada from the king also. The vote was taken during winter. There were no "yeas". Just kidding!

Wow. If I ever thought of getting my prairie bride to retire in the maritimes this winter should pretty much be putting that thought out to pasture. We've had a crummy time of it out here in Calgary but man! nothing like you guys. Hoping it gets better for you soon. On another note prayers and condolences to those affected by that slide in Washington..that's a bad deal all over

No work, no pay. Snowblowed (Snowblew?) a couple passes, then the diff pin let go in the blower and it was only one wheel drive. Muscled through the rest of the driveway and the neighbors, loaded it on the trailer at 8:00AM, made it to work just before nine. Fixed it at lunch. Man, I'm getting tired of this crap.

From what I heard this year the West got the coldest weather, (and all the jobs.) We got the snowiest weather (and no jobs and the high taxes!)

That beats what we had here in Minnesota this winter. Nothing in that amount in one shoy, just a lot of them and major cold.
