I notice the mixture screw is easy to get to w/o taking the carb off the bike .
Has anyone ever drilled out the plug with the carb on the bike?

You probably could but I don't recommend it. If drilling with the carb dangling from the cables and fuel line it would be easy to have the drill bit wander and hit the side threads inside the hole. This could cause problems with how tight the new EZ-Just is held in place.

The carb as a whole is much easier to work on off the bike and on a bench, JMO
