    Noticed they jumped on the helmet issue again! - Some lawmaker will probably start screeming about the need for a helmet law in texas now.
    I hope Both of them come out of this OK.

    Too bad there ain't a way to watch and see which congressman comes up with the helment issue and vote them out too. Doo gooders don't really do nothin for the real problem they just find a way to make money off of it.
    Pass a law if you pull out in front of a motorcycle you loose all yer rights and are responsible for everything.
    I had a dude on 1988 and 3278 wait till I got just about right on him and he jumped out in front of me. I did everthing I could to not T-Bone him.
    And if I run him down and busted him in the mouth, It would be my fault.
    Or if I hit him, I would trash my bike and he simply gits a ticket.
    No win situaion for the biker.

    i think that most do agree that helmets are safer when riding.....but i also think most would rather decide when and where to wear a helmet.
    let those who ride decide........
