Could be a warped rotor applying just enough pressure when you turn so the pads drag a little. Does it squeak when you apply regular brake pressure? Lift front end off ground rotate wheel to see if it squeaks then turn and rotate. Can you feel any drag on wheel as it turns? Some brands of brake pads squeak more than others, I’ve never had trouble with fronts squeaking but have a had lots of squeaky rear brakes. Excess dust will cause squeaking too.

Even when I'm backing my bike into the garage and I turn the bars I get a squeaking. If I just apply a small amount of pressure it does go away
