I have an '04 Heritage w/ EFI and am looking to add a Stage 1 air filter upgrade kit. Any suggestions, Screaming Eagle, Ness Big Sucker, another? Currently running stock pipes w/o baffles. I plan to upgrade to V&H Big Shots in the future but wanted to add the air kit and get the chip flashed at the upcoming 1000 mile service. Many thanks.

I've got an 04 Heritage/EFI,just recieved my order of Bigshots staggered from DP(great price and service, arrived exactly when they said)I myself am goin' with the screamin eagle breather!how's your's doin with stock,no baffles? local H-D dealer told me stock /no baffles would'nt have enough back pressure.why i ordered the Bigshots!! Love this bike, got mine back in the end of May and have 5250 miles on it already!!when i get pipes and breather on it'll be time for a back tire and service(really due now for service) :D can't stay off it!!

    runs lean

it runs lean as is now (no baffles, stock air, no chip flash). It backfires some when I let off the throttle to begin slowing to stop. The local dealer said the air filter kit + stock pipes w/o baffles will work if I get the chip flashed and then I can add the pipes later w/o having to do another chip flash. We'll see. I'm building a house now, so I have to split the funds into many pots, otherwise I'd add the V&H pipes now too. Hoping Santa will bring the V&H exhaust. :D
