I have a 2006 Dyna Super Glide w/ some mods. The dealer installed a stage I download prior to the 95", 211 cams etc.
Should a stage II be downloaded ?

Those "downloads" are canned maps, for them
to work properly you have to have exactly the
parts that go with the map, and even then, a good
dyno tune with a tuning device is light years ahead...

    JMO

Get an add on unit that will allow you
to have the bike custom tuned
    I'd suggest a power commander 5 with
    the auto tune feature.

Get it dyno tuned and it will really wake up
    there is a big difference

Welcome to Power Commander, Power Commander V, Power Commander III USB and Power Commander EX Fuel Injection Module

Thanks, I have the PCIII installed now. You say I should update to the PC V ?
I just checked the site and the only unit they offer is the PCIII

PC 3 is fine, just get it dyno tuned

The PC5 is the latest model,

BTW make sure the tuner knows
what downloaded HD maps you've done
to the bike, the base map is different then.

    I totally agree with Hotroadking!!!
Definitely have your bike tuned on a Dyno...you'll feel the difference!I did.
I wasn't a believer at first but, after having my '07-FLHT Dyno-Tuned by RC-cycles in Hayward,Ca. I'm completely convinced it's the only true way to tune these bikes.
