Sticky Chicken Legs

    I got this from a friend at work just yesterday


    5 lbs chicken legs
    1 16oz bottle Zesty Italian Dressing
    1 med/lrg onion diced
    Tony Chachere's Seasoning to taste

    Rinse chicken and pat dry
    Pour dressing over chicken ( I use Zip Lock bags )
    add a little seasoning to the bag if you want
    Place chicken on a rack on a foil lined baking sheet
    Sprinkle with more Tony's
    cprinkle with onion

    Bake at 400 for 1 to 1.5 hours until done
    If it needs more browning just slip it under the broiler
    for a few miniutes

    I like to serve it with a tossed salad and baked potato
    at my houst this serves about 3
