Still no start

    I've got a 78XL the starter whins like its winding up then it fires.Its got a new hitachi type 1.4kw allballs starter.I replaced the starter shaft,needle bearings on both ends and new thrust washers.Shes got a new Yuasa YHD-12 28 amp hr battery.What next
