By putting in the stage 1 kit in the Street Leagal CV 44MM carb will I notice much difference in power or gas mileage? Other then the slide spring I have the rest of the kit. I'm not sure if the kit was for the CV 40 MM mostly and will not help the CV 44 MM much. Thanks for any info.

Oh, I am putting this carb on my 2001 Ultra 103" stroker, SuperTrapp SuperMegg 2 into 1. I am planning in put the CVP needle and CVP emaulsion tube, Dakota Accelerator pedestal, and high flow fuel elbow and EZ idle adjustment screw.

Hi The Other Ed, most parts should fit the CV44 as they do the 40mm version. The needle has never been tested on this carb but it shouldn't make that much difference, both have the same core design with the exception of the slightly larger venturi.
