Sundays Ride And Pic's

    Sunday about 9 of us rode up towards Mt Stain Helen's the still active Volcano.
    There is a pic of us crossing a steel narrow bridge and there are two Osprey birds nests on the two end towers. As I was approaching a large Osprey flew out of the left nest swooping down to the river in search of some fish.
    Couple shots of MT Saint Helen's, country shots and a group shot of us all in front of an old fire station.

    great pics!!!! i like to watch birds of prey.........they are so aerobatic in flight, when chasing prey........thanks!! it appears as if everything is greening back up since the eruption.........mother nature at her best!!!!

    Chuck we didn't make it up to the blast zone, to much snow and road is closed. The other side of the mountain is the side that blew out and when your up there you can see inside the crater. Here is a pic of it.

    Looks like a great day, nice pics. I miss the pine trees. I have to ride up the mountain to get to the pine trees, but we are still getting snow here in SoCal - fiqure that out:confused: This weekend maybe.

    What was the temp that day?

    The temp that day where we were riding was a high of around 68 F. By the time we got home it was cooling off to mid 50's.
