    Too far, too much money.
    Wife can't git off that long. I have no desire to even want to go.

    The OL can't git off long enough to make a trip that far.
    I will not go without her.
    I git to see her 2 days a week as it is.

    Ain't got nothing to do with Logic .

    It's got to do with you paying attention and listening .


    She can only get like 5 days off at a time. And you can't put in to have off in August the 1st of the year.
    They have to approve for you to be off a month or two in advance only,

    When she took off 5-7 days Memorial Day weekend , she has to come in and work overtime to get caught up. And she is on salary. She don't get overtime.

    She has a heck of a lot of responsibility.

    If she needs more time, she will have probably have to go look for a job.

    I can't ride 1500 miles somewhere, ride around there and ride 1500 back.
    Then for her to drive 90 miles to work and work all week.

    It's too much for the two of us.

    You are retired and can do whatever you want.
    You can put your work off.
    She can't, she is in credit & collections for a very big company.
    They get millions of dollars behind kinda fast.

    She has a very good job and don't need to loose it.

    About 1300 from Hobgood to Galveston - and maybe a hundred more taking secondary roads - but we have the Myrtle Beach rally which isn't too far, and not nearly as crowded.
