well hate to say it but I'm not on my scoot but thought that I would relay a nice little ride if'n any ones interested. Been down here in Tehachapi CA with the exception of the fog here and there its been great, so if ya haven't yet try seeing the Tehachapi loop road (don't know the road number) but if you start down around bakersfield, (by the way Bikersfield bikerstore on w.58 nice people and prices) and head up the hill on the 2 lane its got nice pavment, great scenery, one of the great enginering marvels,(the tahacapi loop) and nice curves....the road dangit:roflmao: ... rolls up through caliente and ends up around Tehachapi short but nice.

Several years ago on Bike Talk we took turns describing a ride we either did or would like to do, with roads and sights. It was a lot of fun. Some of us have even meant up and did a ride a couple of times. Dave was really instrumental in putting on some great rides in Arizona for several years. We meant up once in Laughlin for a few beers and a ride then a few of us meant up in Reno for ST. Vibes. Makes for some lasting and good friendships. :)

Must be nice, You'll be getting a ton of road trips before global warming melts the ice here. but a bike talk ride of some type sounds good, heard there are good burgers in Chandler, that's only about 200 miles from where we used to meet up. Be a heckuva ride back to the motel though...ZZZZZZZ
