Well this Honda owner took it literally. Ran out of gas on I-5 and went for gas. Guess he spilled a bit to much. image.jpg

Yeah...That is why gas stations in NJ require you to fill your own bike...Use to have a law that attendants had to fill bikes...Was not enforced though...Then one day some guy said I have to fill your bike as that is the law...Spilled it all over and torched the guy...Not a law in NJ anymore...

You still can't fill your own car in Oregon but you can fill your own bike. That fire had nothing to do with can you or not fill your own bike at a gas station. The guy ran out of gas walked to a gas station got a can of gas and filled it himself. Guess he obverse filled it. Yep plastic burns very well. :)

Why can't you fill your own car in Oregon? How much is gas a gallon out your way?

State law because they say it provides jobs. And because they say individuals are not trained the proper way. Its a big joke and we all know it.

I paid 3.35for reg the other day. Premium was 3.69 to 3.79

My wife likes it because she says she doesn't have to get out of her car in the rain and get the smell of gas on her hands, yet she has no problem filling up her motorcycle.

I run premium in the car and bike, at 133.9 a liter right now I think. I think it is a bit less than 4 liters to your gallons, so a bit less than $5.00 a gallon? I know when I'm on vacation in U.S. I can't believe how much extra money I have in my wallet. I imagine Lucifer has the same horror stories as me on the butt raping at the gas pumps here.:greedy:

Gas station attendants used to gas up your car, check the oil and wash your windshield as part of the service. Do they provide those extras, too?

We didn't get much Skeeters this year or hot humid weather just warm sunny days with cool summer nights, great for sleeping. :)
