    One thing that the video didn't show is when one checks for crank run out, are they measuring at the very tip in front of the flats or behind them?

    Hey man, hope you don't think yers is gonna be that easy.
    Remember I was saying to do the cam plate conversion to the new style.
    With it you don't have to worry about pinion shaft runout.

    You got Gears. Whole lot more work.

    How does yer 88 cu run with a cam that comes in earlier than a cam that comes in later do for a Old 06 EG ?

    Yeah I watched this one after the first one that I posted but he didn't show anything really, he just wanted to chat and state the already known stuff I guess. He did however touch on crank run out which was a question that I asked and am curious about. :D

    They will work with the chain drive cams with no problem at that specs.
    But on gear drive you got to be a lot closer, think within 2 thousands. I keep forgittin. Know it can't be over like 3

    Yep, can't be over .003, of course the closer to .000 you are the better..
