Have there been any modifications/solutions to the thunder headers sold for dyna wide glides? The vibration that occurs at higher speeds due to a balance issue on the rubber mount was a reason I kinda voided them out.
Just curious right now got the good old slips ons from KW and they on on their second wide glide and four yrs old. Thinking of getting an even deeper sound(for the heck of it). Any info would help.

Are you concerned about cracks on the headers from the rubber mount motor ?

My softail Thunderheader is almost 5 years old no problems other than it turned blue over time, so I powdercoated it black.

Supertrapp, e-series, bassani, etc all have nice 2-1's

    the vibration

Yes,and the vibraton itself while riding at highway speeds, from what I have read and heard it can be annoying. I know the rubber mount is balanced with pipes and the thunder are a bit different and pick up a vibration at higher speed, has this ever been resolved?
