    Buying American?

Well, since if you look at a great number of the parts coming out of your local stealership they were manufactured all over the world...what does "buying American" really mean any more? Whether it is HD parts, car/truck parts or whatever....the corporations out source so much to so many places who really knows. And does having the components manufactured in China or Taiwan or Mexico then assembling them here make it "American"? Not to me it doesn't.
Actually, it seems you have a better chance getting something actually made in the USA from after market companies in many cases. Plus, taking a Japanese or Chinese manufactured part and putting it in a Made in the USA cardboard box doesn't justify charging 300% more for it....

Hey, if you can swing the "fly" bit, make me one too. Just make sure I can come back, though, cause I don't think they're gonna come out with a flyweight XL model anytime soon.....:D
