Do you need it ,,, No

    Is there something better, yes

HD Race Tuner Software - pricey but very tuneable software
Powercommander - less pricey but tuneable on a dyno and maps available for most combos like a 211 95 with Rienharts or true duals.

DFO - Fuel only tuner, works but not the best, it's assumption is that all you ever need is more fuel.

A powercommander for the EFI bikes is a good mid level solution you can tune very highly modified bikes or mildly modified.

If it were me I'd go for the Powercommander and leave the stage 1 and get a close map then ride it, if mileage is bad or power not as good then get it dyno tuned
