Are there some modifications that you have done that you are not telling us? Simple, if you are too rich with a 46 pilot, go down till you get some hesitation and set form there. I am assuming that you have a low rider with an 88 CI?

Yes the only thing I have are screemin eagle slip ons and screemin eagle air filter. When it had the dynojet in it I could get a stumble when closing the mixture screw 180 main 45 low with dynojet.

Well it seems there was a tight place in the EZ-Just mixture screw and it wasn't screwing in far enough once I figured that out adjustment is ok I may have to go back to the 48 jet now I will have to try it out and see if the 46 will work ok.

I put my 48 jet back in so with 195 main and 48 slow mixture screw 2 turns from seat I am getting 39.5 mpg easy riding just wondering if that sounds about right for twin cam 88 Dyna with cvp stage1 kit.

I think your kinda fat .im running the same jetting as you .and my dyna build is as follows vh big shots 11.1 static comp with 1.940 intake 1.625 exhaust 575 cams. 42 mpg .you should go back to the smaller pilot or at least go back one turn on the mixture. My big bike I run a 50 pilot and only run 3/4 turn .and it runs super .
