Torca Clamps

    Do the Torca Clamps need to be replaced if the mufflers are removed? If it
    makes any difference I'm on a 2004 FLHR.

    No. The beauty of the design is such that you will always exert the same clamping pressure and cannot over tighten the joint. They also, by design, don't allow over torquing the nut/bolt - but some folks can. The nut/bolt would be the only replacement parts if needed at all - rare case.
