    Yup, there are a lot of good sites out there if you look around. Even my Harley '71 thru early '78 service manual shows how to lace and/or true a 40 spoke wheel.

    As far as I know, the only tools you'll need are a truing wheel stand and a spoke (1/4") wrench.
