Has anyone had any experience with the TTS Master Tuner? I have an '06 Electraglide and am thinking about a big bore '95, gear drive cam, and 2 into 1 exhaust. any suggestions?

i can only offer one....be sure to check the runout if using geardrive cams. i put geardrive in my 06. i wish i had waited untill the new hyd tensioners came out. much easier install, quieter......i recommend the hyd over the gear drive 100 to 1...

This is an ongoing "debate/info" post we have goin on, and it all comes down to your $$$ and own computer savvy. With me my 06 FLHTC is still under warranty and I like and trust my local stealer/mechanic and mine's goin in shortly for 95" big bore with the SE race tuner upgrade.
I know we've covered the warranty issues with other tuners but the SE is what my mech knows and will guarantee me the numbers I want on his dynotime. Also with the SE tuner I can plug and play if I ever get the balls to mess around with self-tuning :witsend:

Read the post above HRK and CB put out some good info if you can read REDNECK (HRK excluded of course)

Do you know somebody that can Tig Weld ?
The Thundermax is a awsum unit. It requires bungs for 02 sensors. They have to be placed so far from the exhaust. and at a angle that the 02 sensors will not hit anything.
Easy way is to git some 07 header pipes. THey already have the 02 sensors in them.
The Thundermax is not a piggy back unit. It completely replaces the ECM and gives you a lot of control and is pretty easy to work with.
There are videos all over youtube on the installation of the Thundermax and how it tunes itself with the Wide Band 02 sensors.

I've used this unit on my bike and installed it on several other bikes.
    Its a super unit.
I haven't seen a tuner that will come any where near this unit.

I agree on the HD hydraulic tensioners, I have gear drive in my bike and they work great, I just installed the Hyd. tensioners in my wifes bike and they work great and are very quiet, much more quiet than the gear drive and less expensives, plus you get the better oil pump with the unit from HD. Hyd just wasn't available when I did my bike.
