I have a 2004 RK S&S 510 g cams,Mikuni 42mm, Thunderheader, SE hybrid billet cam plate and high volume oil pump,S&S dual runner intake. It has 55,000 miles on it and I have noticed a weird knock when I shut it off.I just adjusted my primary chain and wondered if maybe it being too tight would make it do that.Any ideas are greatly appreciated. In the AM I am gonna drain the fluids to see if there is metal showing.thanks for advice,Ben.

Is it like it is still running when you turn the key off, or seems like it still wants to run when you shut it down?
