I'm by nature one of the most skeptical people walking the face of this earth but after my own personal experience with this tiny piece of aluminum I now realize that all the hype about the V-Ductor is true! I just filled up tank number 3 since installing my V-Ductor. I've gained 5 mpg AND felt a noticeable change in the overall driveability of the bike. First thing I noticed after installing my V-Ductor was even cold the bike ran more smoothly requiring less use of the enricher. I got her warm and headed out on the road. I noticed a much smoother off idle transition and a definite increase in pull especially in the lower to middle RPM range. It's an anomoly to me! How can I feel an INCREASE in performance while at the same time seeing an INCREASE in mpg? Seems too good to be true but the seat of the pants and wallet don't lie! Bottom line? This little sucker is for real! :D

Ok, so heard so much on here about the V-Ductor I had to try it for that money and free shipping. Ok, got it, figured looked like 10 to 15 minutes. One of three allen heads stipped holding on air filter. Thought, no big deal, I'll get that out and replace it. Could not get the craftsman screw out to bite, no matter what I tried, never had that happen before. :banghead: So I drilled out the screw and then could not find the easy outs. :gah: Remodeled some this year, so had everything out of the house, who knows where some stuff is. So after about 3 hours, I had not finished the 10 minute job. Was on the verge of getting p@#*ed off. So put all back together and went for a ride. Went by HD dealership and stopped in service area and told them what I had. They said, cold day, not much going on, pull it in. Had it out in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything, said no bid deal, just pay for screws. :D They changed all 3 since HD has gone away from allen head for these to torx. Said I wouldn't want two different styles. So $4 and no wait, now that is a good service dept. :)

Then went home, put V-Ductor on and wow, love the way it feels. Have not run enough to know about gas mileage.

Ok, I had to go for one after hearing all the hype. Seems to me,putting something in tha way of your airflow can't have any bennifit. anyway,Have had it on for about 600 mi. Can't notice any diff.

When I had mine dynoed they did a run with it on and without it on. Said there was no difference in power, I told em to leave it on. Got it on my Springer to and it's staying on both bikes.

You know I find myself asking if I feel something because I wanted to. Anyway, seems like I do, but have only had it on a short time. I'm gonna keep it on a while and see what I think.

my mpg definitely increased. Of course my bike doesn't have the O2 sensors maybe that changes things.

Seems to me(even though I put one on my bike) putting anything in the air flow aint good, Maybe it will bandaid another unknown problem with your airflow. anyway who can turn down claimed 5-10 hp for $50. My friends 95" heritaige can still get me in 3rd gear:gah:

Hi Charlie, it seems to be hit or miss for some on whether they actually feel a difference. The one difference that most find is that in improved fuel mileage. The V-Ductor is by no means a magic pill that will supercharge the intake flow, but where it excels is by cleaning up the turbulent flow to improve the fuel mixture and ultimately the mixture burn. Those with the biggest gains seem to be the ones who have SE or Ness style stage 1 air cleaners. Those with Forcewinder style intakes already have an injected charge of air so the gains are far less. Ultimately the results are based on individual configurations and is meant to make improvements as opposed to fixing anything. The design is such that it does not interfere with air flow, but instead redirects flow while setting up a venturi similar to how a velocity stack works.

While I would stop short of offering a specific guarantee of achieving specific numbers, I do stand behind the product and would certainly buy back the product if it hampered performance.
