    I am thinking about purchasing a V-ductor for my 02 Wideglide. I have a K&H airfilter and backplate and need to know how it will fit behind the plate?

    If you do a search you'll find a few threads about the V-Ductor. Wideglide85 and Yachtman posted some pics in their threads.
    A few members here have it installed and are very pleased with it.:devil:

    So far, in regards to the V-Ductor, the jury is still out for me.

    Still havn't done a milage check yet,havin to much fun with the floor boards up and the cooler weather. Throttle response has improved across the board and a definate torque improvement. Got me a little git up and go with an inexpensive bolt on!
    :gah: Time for my 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. shift / dam I hate payin $1000 a week in taxes :fight::fight:

    Same for me. Throttle response is better but I haven't checked mileage yet. Certainly worth the money.

    Click here to see a working Vtwin Evo Animation

    Once the image is up click the arrow at the bottom, the more you click the more you see.

    The format of the valves looking at the engine from the carb/intake side is

    Exhaust, Intake, Intake, Exhaust.

    It is a v the intake is in the middle ergo the intake valves are in the center
    of the V

    Old Keihin butterfly carb, jetted to work with pipes etc., stock air cleaner...50mpg average. CV with SE air cleaner, slightly richer jets & V-Ductor...39 mpg average, but with way more torque & upper rpm power. Could be because I'm twisting the throttle harder cuz it's so much more fun now. I'll check mpg again on the next road trip & see where it's at...

    I would be I terested to hear that mpg number as I have lost mpg and I don't twist the throttle.
