I'm looking at these for a 2009 ultra classic,my question,is there any one out there presently running these on a dresser and are they to loud to hear the stereo while at cruising speeds.

I don't own em, but I've heard them, a friend has a set, and they are no louder than my longshots. No problem hearing the tunes.

Are you talkin Big Shot Longs, or the standard Big shots that are both on the right side of the bike. The Longs are not quite as loud, but either one will not drown out your stereo.
The Big Shot Longs are way cool on a bagger. Cardboard is old. Everything is too loud for him.:gah::roflmao:

Aint no way they drown out the radio. Kathy has em on her Heritage, with an aftermarket radio of some kind I don't remember. Bolts to the windshield with little bullet speakers. He's got alot more sound system than that. Besides, the tunes are up in front of ya,, the noise is down and below. I've run my Longshots without baffles and could still hear the radio. Now, nobody wanted to ride behind me..........:wtf::)

If the pipes go out to the rear side off the bags(to rear fender)the noise won't be too bad on the bike...but, if they end at the front side of the bags(just behind passenger foot rests) you'll hear a lot more noise in the saddle....

Well, you hit the nail on the (his) head there,,,,
Got to meet him back in March,, and he's a good ol' boy for sure. That's why it's so fun to give him ****. :)

Cowboy, you and a couple others I didn't get to meet up with. Hopefully "next time". Which can't come soon enough !!!
Wish I could make a southern trip (with my loud pipes) every winter !!!
