    Hi all

I've got a chance to buy a set of these used for about $180 US. Any of you running them or have run them? I've still got stock exhaust. Are they obnoxiously loud or not so bad? I don't ride much with others so don't get a lot of exposure to different bike stuff so your opinions are appreciated.

I ran the Ovals on a '04 Road King for about 30,000 miles. They got too loud for me and developed a tinny sound IMO. I have the Monster Ovals on my '08 UC and really like the sound. After 10,000 miles, they seem to be very mellow sounding. They are more expensive than the Ovals though.

I have a set on my 03 RK, I don't find them too loud, I like the sound of them from the riders seat, nice rumble...that's a good price.

For $180 bucks they sound great! :D

I got the same ones and at times they are a little loud, but when you find that sweet spot they are awesome.

    Give em a try.

good price on 'em.... they can have a bit of a bark. I followed FLHTbiker's for a couple of thousand miles..not obnoxious.
