    For what it's worth. I rode an 05 Dyna Low Rider, I removed the mid controls, when I installed the forward controls. I don't know if that would match your 02 Dyna Super Glyde. If I can be of any help, let me know.

    Mids for 99 Super Glide

    I have mids from my 99 superglide. You have to check to see if they work?
    They are upgraded HD rings type, not stock. Sharp, but I needed fowards.
