we lost a member last nite

not for sure if this is right, but FOR THOSE THAT HAVE TALKED TO THE MAYOR .WE HAVE LOST OUR BEST FRIEND AND BIKE RIDER .AND THE LOVE OF MY LIFE .TO SARGE HE WAS LOOKING FOWARD TO MEETING YOU IN PIGEON FORGE TN.THIS JUNE. WE LOST HIM AT 7M TO NIGHT.

Gave a lot of thought about MAYOR this week; was really looking foreward to meeting him and First Lady in Pigeon Forge on the 17th. I almost said the heck with it and canceled out my trip - but then I got to thinking maybe it would be a good thing to go ahead and make the run in honor to MAYOR.
So Sunday I will leave and dedicate this ride to MAYOR.
For all of you out there who are going on a ride next week - stop a minute and remember those who have ridden in the past with you and are gone. Make that ride wherever it is going; a memorial ride for those friends (like MAYOR) who loved bikes and rode before you. They may be gone from our ranks but their memory will always live on.

So sorry First Lady......don't know what else to say. May he ride in peace and watch over the rest of us while we're still here. Prayers sent to you and your family.
