    One of many reasons I hate lawyers and the people who hire them...The only people who will gain from this are the pathetic parents of the child that was killed and the damn lawyer...There is absolutely nothing anyone could have done to prevent this...JMHO...

    No way can you fight him. MY last wife was a legal secretary.
    They are in it for the money. Just like the District attorneys bring charges and putting people in jail who really did nothing that wrong. And a lot are in jail falsely accused.
    But the system has them locked up.
    I think the lawyers and DA should have to be liably for wrongly accusing anybody. And should pay for their pain and suffering.
